None

With this newest update for Hardwood Soltiaire IV, we have replaced the underlying game engine with the Godot game engine.

You'll see some new changes in the fireworks at the end of the game, as well as a few here and there.  However the big change is the new game engine, setting us up for the future changes!

Hardwood Update – Build 630

Hey Hardwood fam—Build 630 has rolled in, and it’s all about smoothing out the little bumps, tightening up the experience, and giving you a more control over how your game feels. Lets take a little peek under the hood...

Store & Inventory behaving themselves again

A few players noticed the store and inventory acting a little… moody. We tracked it down and set things straight:

  • Your inventory now refreshes properly when you sign in or redeem a code.

  • Store and option icons show up like they’re supposed to—even when you’re offline.

Should feel a lot more consistent now.

More ways to personalize your solo games

If you enjoy mixing it up with single-player AI, this one’s for you:

  • Any avatars you’ve purchased can now be used for AI opponents.

  • And yep—you can swap an AI’s avatar mid-game if the vibe changes.

A little extra flavor for your matches.

A touch of visual polish

A tiny black line that sometimes appeared above certain characters has been smoothed out. Small detail, nicer look.

Under-the-hood updates

We also added some required updates for Apple and Google Play to keep everything running clean and compatible on the latest devices.

We’re always working to make Hardwood feel more personalized, more connected, and just more you.
